How much time would make your event just right?

Ready to make the date yours?

$100 booking deposit: Saves your date, then counts towards your rental and is non-refundable.
$200 security deposit: Refunded when the venue is left in good condition with no extra charges.
Final balance: Due 30 days before your event.
Booking within 30 days? Full payment is due when you reserve.
A 10% fee applies to late payment.

Need to change your plans? We understand.

What can you look forward to enjoying?

Room for your guests: Welcome up to 150 people.
Furniture: Two oversized chairs, one couch, up to four square tables, and up to 20 chairs.
Helpful extras: Guest WI-FI, a rollaway island, kitchen access, serving dishes, and furniture setup/teardown
Need more? Extra tables, chairs, and select tablecloths may be rented for an additional fee.

How can we wrap up your event with care?

Please leave the venue as you found it.
Place dirty dishes in the large back-kitchen sink.
Take trash to the cans outside the back door.
Turn off the lights and lock up when you leave.
Mahjong events are warmly welcomed for Opaline members and Street Carr Mahjong affiliated groups only.
